Electronic Delivery
All items sold on www.lpcbuddy.com are delivered electronically as follows:
(a) When checking out, you will be asked to provide us with confirmation of your email address.
(b) When you have completed your order and your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an instant (i) direct download after checkout, and (ii) a link sent to the email address that you provided. This will normally be instant on your order being completed, but can sometimes take a few minutes. If you have any problems, please contact us at support@lpcbuddy.com.
(c) Download your item by clicking on the link provided. LPC Buddy is provided as Zip file enclosing a PDF eBook with accompanying editable Word Documents.

It is best to extract your files from the Zip folder as follows (Windows):
1. Right click on the file.
2. Click Extract All.
3. Follow the steps in the Wizard which appears.
This will extract the files into a folder of your choosing.
If you are having problems extracting the files, try downloading 7Zip (Windows) or the Unarchiver (Mac) and using these to extract the documents.
