Lifesaver of a book, makes reading and understanding content so much better. Notes are concise but include the requisite amount of detail. Would recommend to anyone doing the LPC and would definitely argue that you are at a disadvantage (in terms of time commitment required to obtain the best grade possible) to other students if you are not using this book. I am only 2 weeks into my LPC at the moment, and already the amount of time the LPC Complete Core Module guide has saved me is incredible! The reading lists can be quite daunting, and the textbooks themselves can be unnecessarily wordy - LPC Buddy eliminates all of this whilst ensuring the key concepts and supporting information is laid out in a clear and concise manner. The guide is written in a way which is clear and easy to understand, labelled with topic names, definitions, statutes and summaries. The guide will be highly useful for open-book exams. My favourite thing is that unlike heavy-detailed textbooks, the core module guide is straight to the point with the necessary content.

The notes are incredible. Really well done and has all the information it them. I'd say they still need to be read in conjunction with the text books, as you would expect, however it takes the stress out of having to make notes allowing you just get on with the work. I wish I found these notes at the start of the LPC, rather then towards the end. For anyone worried about the price, it's the best money spent on making your life so much simpler.

LPC textbooks are 600 pages, in tiny font, and in enormous detail. Typing out my own notes took hours, and they weren't even clear and succinct. I was lucky enough hear about LPC Buddy from a friend - it is a LIFESAVER. It is clearly written, nicely formatted and does a great job explaining the overview and going into the exceptions and when to apply them. I am convinced that I couldn't have gotten through the Core Modules without these guides. Best of all, I could double-check answers quickly (whether during workshops or exams) and edit the Word Docs with my tutor's commentary. If you're looking for a revision guide, THIS IS IT.
