I’m only a few weeks into my LPC course at ULaw but so far the LPC Buddy has been a huge help and an amazing resource. Pretty much everyone in my class uses it and we are all getting on well in workshops and mocks. I can’t say for sure yet if they have enough detail to get away with not using the textbooks but they’re definitely worth having and well worth the money!

I really love the notes. I just would’ve appreciated if there was a paper version. Also, some of the topics such as real estate, and some topics on BLP, it would have been good to explain some concepts rather than just defining them.
I understand the notes are made by a distinction student, but not everyone is absorbing the material the same way.
But overall it’s 10/10

I think the notes are great at consolidating the information that you need going into the exam. It saves a lot of time compared to reading textbooks. The table layout helps a lot in linking content and helps to summarise information.

This tool is really helpful for organizing all your notes, legislation, and SRA rules in one place. However, some notes, especially those related to tax, are more confusing than helpful for me. I recently took my Legal Research exam, and the provided example’s structure was slightly different from what we were taught in the workshop, which was quite confusing. I haven’t had the chance to go through all the material yet. Overall it’s really helpful use as guide for my mock I will give another feedback once I got my results

Lifesaver of a book, makes reading and understanding content so much better. Notes are concise but include the requisite amount of detail. Would recommend to anyone doing the LPC and would definitely argue that you are at a disadvantage (in terms of time commitment required to obtain the best grade possible) to other students if you are not using this book. I am only 2 weeks into my LPC at the moment, and already the amount of time the LPC Complete Core Module guide has saved me is incredible! The reading lists can be quite daunting, and the textbooks themselves can be unnecessarily wordy - LPC Buddy eliminates all of this whilst ensuring the key concepts and supporting information is laid out in a clear and concise manner.
