I used this solicitors accounts guidance notes and placed them into a binder. I also downloaded blank ledger sheets and did practice questions and previous exams. I spent a lot of time looking for notes which are as good as LPC buddy but these guys no matter what subject seems to produce the best. This guide included all The chapter needed to prepare for the exam. It broke it down extremely clearly and succinctly. LPC buddy should consider selling packets of practice questions collated from old specimen exams and textbook questions with answers. Would be nice to not only have the knowledge in front of you but be able to purchase a pack of questions to practice what you have learned. Just a thought. If you are worried about whatever exam you are taking, fear not, LPC buddy will save your life.
It really helped with my understanding of solicitors accounts and I particularly liked the fact everything was split up into manageable chunks which made revision a lot easier!! I would love if there were practice questions included for certain topics e.g creating a financial statement or filling in a client ledger, with a step by step instruction on how the answer was found using the information specifically in that question. This is so the knowledge, content and pointers are included but also with a chance to personally go through a question yourself using the guide alongside it.
